The Schuster Elektronik Team

The Schuster Elektronik GmbH employs 17 employees at the moment and consists of the Development Department, the Design Department, the Mechanics, the Assembly Department and the Test Department. 

The flat hierarchy at Schuster Elektronik allows to work independently and responsibly within the team as well as direct communication which helps to solve problems quickly and to support the good working atmosphere. The willing and constant transfer of knowledge enables also the younger team members to benefit from the extensive experiences of the long-time employees. The motivation and flexibility of every participant strengthen the team spirit as well as a joint lunch taking place periodically.
