Industrial Training at Schuster Elektronik
The Schuster Elektronik GmbH offers pupils and students the possibility of industrial trainings to get an insight into the development of measuring instruments in the power electronics sector. The trainees can try every department from developing to manufacturing and even final testing. They are instructed in detail and actively supported by the employees. Furthermore the trainees work autonomously depending on their qualifications and are involved in interesting projects. The good mentoring extends over the whole training period which can last between one week (pupil training) and six months (student practical term).
Experiences of a Schuster Trainee
"Searching for a good internship it was important for me to find a location near Bamberg, my home. Schuster Elektronik fulfilled this criterion. Asking for a student training on the phone Schuster Elektronik made me an offer quickly and dirctly, so I chose this company. During my basic internship I became more familiar with the company and its employees. I noticed especially the friendly working atmosphere, the open-minded interaction between the employees and the general helpfulness. Even a personal talk with the management was possible at any time. After a short practice period you are entrusted with responsible tasks. Schuster Elektronik attaches importance to avoid trainees to become a "copying assistant". Due to the small size of the company you can take a look into every department and easily understand the company structures and single production steps. Since my first internship I have returned to this company with pleasure, either for being a working student or for my student practical term.
